October Finishes

This is part of LK's design "Boo to You" that I stitched for the October SAL at Stitcher's Garden(used to be Tranquil Stitches). The theme for this month was pumpkins. I have sent this piece to World of Charity Stitching, and one of the finishers will turn this little piece into a lovely, useful item.

A bookmark for WOCS.

And, this design is "Flag and Liberty, a free chart from Glory Bee. This piece is for one of the quilt themes open at World of Charity Stitching--patriotic squares. Right now there are enough squares signed up for to make two quilts. One of the quilts will go to a wounded warrior, and the other quilt will go to a veteran at one of the senior care centers.

Thank you so much for visiting!!

Very nice finishes, Mary Ann--I'm sure whoever ends up with the quilts stitched from your contributions is most appreciative!

Such beautiful pieces for the lucky recipients to treasure, do you get to see the finished quilts yourself?
